I absolutely love MoonGlow. I received my first item from them close to 8 years ago now, a necklace from my mom. I still have it and it still glows. I wear it every single day. It's still in great condition! And I ordered the couples bracelet a little less than a year ago and when my moon charm fell out a couple of weeks ago all I had to do was send them an email with a photo, explaining what had happened and they immediately sent me a replacement for free. No questions asked. Absolutely wonderful customer service. They make wonderful jewelry that is truly special and they care about their customers.
