Sun Drop Engravable Necklace in Stainless Steel

I purchased 3 of these necklaces, 2 as gifts and 1 for myself. When I received them they were in a small moon glow bag, and the bag was put in one of their boxes. When I opened them 2 of the 3 necklaces were all tangled. It took me 1 hour to get them both untangled. I have ordered many necklaces from them, and this is the first time it was sent in a bag. I'm not sure why they didn't send it placed securely in the boxes they use. The other issue I had was one of the necklaces I had the letter P engraved, the engraving looked more like the letter D than a P. I wrote them an email and I am waiting for their response. Besides these issues the necklaces are very pretty, and I love how delicate they look. It is very simple, but also very eye catching. They make great gifts for other's and yourself. I gave it 3 stars because 2 of the necklaces were badly tangled, and the issue with the engraving.

I bought this necklace as a birthday gift for a friend. Once it got here (Canada Post delivery was very slow-and not on time as promised) I realized it was worth the wait. It is a dainty, sparkly chain and the custom engraving is a nice personalization. I may have to order one for myself.
