It is so refreshingly to deal with a company who put their customers needs first. I recently asked for a moon phase change on an order right in the middle of the Christmas rush. Their customer service department was so understanding and compassionate concerning the reason for the revision. They promptly replaced the Theia necklace and the quality was, as always excellent. I will be a life long customer!
