I was disappointed to notice that my top moon charm has fallen out. I’ve had this necklace for only two months and take great care of it, always taking it off when I shower, etc. I’ve been a loyal customer as this is my third necklace I’ve purchased, however, I am disappointed in the quality of this necklace.

It still has not been received. It seemed delayed initially then when I checked I was told it would be here by the 18th and now it says it should be here today. Disappointed. Also sad to know that you are following up on a purchase that hasn't even been delivered.
