Orders placed after 10 AM Pacific standard time Monday-Thursday will generally ship out within 24 hours after ordering but sometimes could take up to three days for production, we always do our best to get it out same day or next day for you because we understand how important it is to receive your product quickly and do our best to do so. (We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.) Your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail unless you select an alternative shipping method. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following monday.

USPS Priority Mail is our prefered method of shipment If you would like a faster method, that's not a problem, we offer USPS Express mail which is a overnight service you can select at checkout. 

USPS Priority Mail, destinations within the United States are generally received within 1-5 business days.

USPS Express Mail, destinations within the United States will receive there order the next business day.

We sometimes treat our customers to free surprise overnight shipping even if they pick Priority Mail.

Worldwide express services including overnight shipping for next day delivery are also available worldwide . Transit times may increase if your order is being shipped to a rural address (examples: addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico) or during holiday seasons.
                         

ALL CANADIAN ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM OUR CANADIAN OUTLET AND WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO EXTRA TAXES, DUTIES OR TRANSIT COSTS.

                                         

                                      

If you have purchased or received Moonglow Jewelry as a gift within 30 days and you are not completely satisfied, you can contact customer service and make arrangements to return the item and be refunded.  As long as there isn't any wear and tear, you've repacked the gift in its original condition and packaging, and have included its receipt, there shouldn't be any problem in processing your return. We will initiate your refund/credit less shipping as soon as your return has been received. moonglow.com will not accept returns after 30 days from purchase date.

 The shipping times for International orders will vary by country. Moonglow cannot guarantee delivery dates on International Orders outside of the United States and Canada. 

Estimated USPS Global Express Mail delivery time: 4 - 6 Days

Estimated USPS Global Priority Mail delivery time: 6 - 10 Days

 

You have 30 days to return or exchange your purchased item. If you receive a defective item, please contact Customer Service and we will do our best to assist you.
