Return Policy
We want you to love your Moonglow piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, unless it is personalized, engraved, or marked as final sale. These items are custom made and are not eligible for return unless defective.
Please double-check your selected date and engraving details before placing your order.

How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will either:

Issue a refund to the original payment method, or

Process your requested exchange
Refund Eligibility & Timeline
To be eligible for a refund:

You must contact us within 14 days of placing your order

Items must be unworn and include original tags
Used or worn jewelry is not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Defective or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will replace or correct the issue at no cost to you.
Moon Phase Accuracy
We use real lunar data to create each moon phase.
Some phases, especially the New Moon, can span 3–4 days. During this time, the moon may appear invisible to the naked eye even if it technically has 1–3% visibility. In these cases, we display a New Moon to reflect what would have been visible from Earth.
If you prefer a different or ultra-precise phase, we can accommodate it upon request.
Returns for moon-phase preference changes are accepted with a 20% restocking fee.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your piece, please include the desired size or style when contacting us. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and received.
Shipping Information
U.S. Shipping

Orders ship from our Miami, FL studio within 24–48 business hours.

Engraving orders: Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing before shipping.

Carriers: USPS or FedEx (expedited options available at checkout).

We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays. Orders placed after Friday 12 PM EST will ship the next business day.
Transit Times

USA: Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–4 business days; express options deliver in 1–2 business days.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, usually 7–14 business days, depending on customs and local carriers.Customs & Duties
Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless prepaid at checkout.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping on international orders.

Holiday Returns
Purchases made between November 15 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 of the following year.
Items discounted 30% or more are final sale and not eligible for return.
Gift Returns
If you received a Moonglow gift and would like to exchange it, please contact us. A gift receipt or order number will help us process your request faster.
