Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Return Policy

  • We want you to love your Moonglow piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery unless it is engraved, or final-sale items which are not eligible for return unless defective. These items are custom made, please make sure the date and engraving are correct

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Exclusions

  • Personalized, engraved, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Start a Return

  • Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.

  • Once your item is received, we will process your refund to the original payment method or send your exchange.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days after processing.

  • To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 14 days from when the order is placed to be eligible for a refund, the items must be unworn with tags included. Any used or worn jewelry is not eligible for refund, thank you for understanding 

Defective or Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we will make it right at no cost to you.

How accurate is my moon phase?

  • We use real lunar data. Some phases, especially the New Moon can span 3–4 days because the moon may still appear invisible to the eye, even if technically at 1–3% visibility. In those cases, we display it as a New Moon to reflect what you would have seen from Earth.

  • If you prefer a different or ultra-precise phase, we can accommodate it, just let us know.

    Returns for moon-phase preference changes are accepted with a 20% fee.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your piece, tell us the size or style you'd prefer when you reach out. We will process the exchange once the original item is returned.

Holiday Returns

  • Purchases made between November 15 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 of the following year.
  • No returns on items 30% off and up
