Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Moonglow piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Exclusions: Personalized, engraved, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Defective or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll make it right at no additional cost.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your piece, simply let us know the style or size you’d prefer when you reach out. We’ll arrange the exchange once your original item is returned.
U.S. Shipping

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing before shipping.

Carriers: USPS or FedEx (expedited options available at checkout).

We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays. Orders placed after Friday 12 PM EST will ship the next business day.
International Orders

We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary by destination.

Customs & Duties: All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless prepaid at checkout.

Holiday Returns
Purchases made between November 15 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 of the following year.
Gift Returns
If you received a Moonglow gift and would like to exchange it, please contact us. A gift receipt or order number will help us process your request quickly.
