The top piece of glass and the moon gem were loose in the box. The glass piece does not stay on, just falls right off. Was messaging with someone via text and haven’t received a response in over 24 hrs.

I was very happy with the entire process. I received it promptly and it was very well received. My only complaint was the engraved statement does not appear on the Lockett, unless I'm looking in the wrong place
