Moon Points is our way of celebrating the moments that matter most. Every time you shop, share, or engage with Moonglow, you earn points that turn into exclusive rewards.
How do I join?
Simply create an account on moonglow.com. You’ll receive Moon Points as a welcome gift the moment you join — no purchase necessary.
How do I earn Moon Points?
You can earn points in several ways:
- Shop with us (earn points on every dollar spent)
- Leave a product review or upload a photo
- Follow us on Instagram or TikTok
- Celebrate your birthday
- Refer a friend
- And more
Your points balance updates automatically in your account and in the rewards widget.
How do I redeem my points?
Log into your account or open the Moon Points widget, choose a reward, and apply it at checkout. Available rewards include:
- $10 off
- $25 off
- $50 off
- Variable discounts ($5 for every 100 points)
How many points do I need for each reward?
Log into your account or open the Moon Points widget, choose a reward, and apply it at checkout. Available rewards include:
- 200 points → $10 off
- 500 points → $25 off
- 1,000 points → $50 off
You can also redeem points in smaller increments for a variable discount once you reach 100 points.
Do Moon Points expire?
Points expire 12 months after they are earned. We’ll send you a reminder before any points are set to expire.
How long does it take for points to appear?
Points from purchases are usually added once your order is fulfilled. Points from reviews, social actions, and account activities are typically added within a few hours (sometimes instantly).
Can I combine Moon Points rewards with other discounts or promotions?
Yes — discount stacking is enabled, so in most cases you can use your Moon Points reward alongside eligible sitewide promotions. Some exclusions may apply.
How do I check my points balance?

I didn’t receive points for a purchase or action. What should I do?
Please allow a little time for points to process. If they still haven’t appeared, contact us at [email protected] with your order number or account details and we’ll take a look right away.
Can I transfer or share my points?
Moon Points are tied to your individual account and cannot be transferred or combined with another account.
How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral link with friends and family. When someone makes a qualifying purchase through your link, you’ll both receive a reward. You can find your personal link inside the Rewards widget.
