At first i was a little skeptical about talking to them because some companies like this have robots but when i started talking to them they were just amazing! (It was through messages when I signed up for the message notifications.) The lady was very kind, helpful, and patient! She even helped me look for what i needed and sent me products she thinks fit with what i was looking for! 10/10 recommend!

I received silver instead of the gold anklet that my husband paid the full price for. I haven’t gotten a response from customer service yet. I’m hoping to get the gold that we ordered.
