Return Policy
Most Moonglow pieces are custom-made using the moon phase from your selected date.
Personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Please double-check your selected date and engraving details before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or process your requested exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.
- Items must be in resellable condition.
- Used or worn jewelry is not eligible for return.
Personalized Items
Personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Because these items are custom made, they cannot be restocked.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your order, we will cover the return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Defective or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will replace or correct the issue at no cost to you.
Moon Phase Accuracy
We use real lunar data to create each moon phase.
Some phases, especially the New Moon, can span 3–4 days. During this time, the moon may appear invisible to the naked eye even if it technically has 1–3% visibility. In these cases, we display a New Moon to reflect what would have been visible from Earth.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your piece, please include the desired size or style when contacting us. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and received.
Shipping Information
U.S. Shipping
Orders ship from our Miami, FL studio within 1–3 business days.
Carriers: USPS or FedEx (expedited options available at checkout).
We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays. Orders placed after Friday 12 PM EST will ship the next business day.
Transit Times
USA: 2–7 business days standard shipping
Express: 1–2 business days
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times typically range from 7–14 business days, depending on destination, customs, and local carriers.
Customs & Duties
Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless prepaid at checkout.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
