I want to give this a five-star review but I purchased one and the chain broke rather easily I reported this to customer service and they amazingly offer me a new one send it to me with the same engraving and the same date for the moon and I loved it and I wore it and then one night I was getting into bed and it broke as well. Maybe these aren't meant to wear all the time but when I put a necklace on I like to just wear it and you can't take your moon and put it on another necklace because of the way that this particular moon jewelry is constructed. The top doesn't have the little hoop to change it to a new chain which I absolutely would do it has an embedded tiny groove that takes the tiny chain that's used with this jewelry. They don't have a men's version that has a heartier chain on it or a different style mounting they only have this super fine super fine box chain other than that I have purchased moon glow jewelry several times now and absolutely love them

We would typically be happy to offer a replacement, unfortunately, this particular style has been retired for quite some time. This particular necklace does not allow for another chain to be used I'm afraid. While we aren't able to offer a replacement, we can offer a significant discount on the different style if you are interested.
