False Information regarding shipping …………. Item never arrived and when I reach out the suggestion was to “watch out for the mail person and ask them” like I don’t have a whole job !!!!!!requested item be reshipped since it was notttttt a cheap item and never even received a response ….. I will be disputing this charge …… shame they really impacted my Christmas - lesson to never order off of these not known sites.
Moonglow Jewelry10 months agoHi Yaritza, we are sorry for any delays with your item. According to the tracking, we show that the item was ordered on the 19th and delivered on the 28th. We do have your email indicating that you had not received your item. I see here that our team reached out to ask that the address be verified so we could make sure that the item was sent to the correct place. We also asked whether there were any sort of community office where a package may have been left if it was too large for the mail box. Lastly, we did ask if it was possible to get in contact with the mailperson to see where the package may have been left. I do not see that a response was given to any of these. We do understand your frustration at not receiving the package, and we are absolutely willing to help, we have just been waiting on a response to these questions to know how to proceed. We would be happy to have a replacement shipped, but would still need the address to be verified to ensure the replacement will arrive safely to you. Please do let us know when you have a moment and we'll be sure to help make this right for you.
