This was a replacement for a previous one as it broke. Moonglow was AMAZING with my concern and they offered to replace it, even the engaging I had on my original bracelet. This bracelet means the world to me as this is my Grandma's moon the day she was born. She was not just my Grandma, she was my bestest friend ever and having her with me this way, just makes my heart happy!! Thank you Moonglow ❤️

I bought my bracelet in June 2023 and am not too happy with its issues. The links on the chain are either not completely closed or they crack and open, snagging or scratch skin or clothes. The gem at the end of the chain fell out shortly after I bought it but didn’t care so much because you can’t really see it. Finally, I lost my moon this weekend. I have no idea where I lost it so I won’t be able to get it back. I bought bracelets for my husband and myself and he lost his moon too. Thankfully, he found it and we were able to glue it back in. BUT, because I bought these as a couple concept and personalized them, mine no longer means what I intended it to. It’s been too long for a return so it’s money down the drain.
