I decided to get her this for her SWEET 16,and although she hasn't gotten it yet because her bday is 4-22 i was in awe when i got a look at it the grey bhavana so beautiful the pictures on the site def do it no justice because its like 10 x more beautiful its what the moon looked like on her day of birth THANK YOU MOONGLOW WHAT A BEAUTIFUL GIFT

I've been waiting for almost a full month for my necklace. When I asked for a tracking number since I haven't been receiving any update emails, it was given to me. I thought it was going well and that they were taking their time. However I checked the tracking number recently and saw it was sent back to the company. When I tried reaching out, they sent an automated message saying they would get back to me, but have yet to do so. Very disappointing to say the least.

However, it does look like USPS tried delivering your order back on March 5th and advised that there were forwarding instructions associated with the address provided. After multiple attempts to delivery it was returned to us and arrived on the 19th. I do see here that you emailed us and we replied on the very same day. According to that email, you provided us with a new shipping address and the package is on the way to that new address. We again apologize for the frustration, but we do expect for your order to arrive very soon.
