I placed an order and realized right at that moment the date was incorrect. I called immediately and was assured it would be corrected as he had my order “right there”. I then emailed multiple times to make sure as this was the only gift I would afford for my daughter. It came up corrected. I sent many follow up emails before they responded. When they finally did it was promised to “make it right”. Well as it’s a Christmas gift… how exactly? I send it back to then have no gift?
