This bracelet is very very pretty. Just that the rubber piece in the gold part of the bracelet that opens and closes it came out so it's basically broke. I contacted customer service no response yet.

The mercury retrograde bracelet is beautiful; unfortunately, the elasticized clasp doesn't hold and the bracelet just dangles. I am worried it will either fall off or get tangled on something and break.
